3. Hosting and Technical Infrastructure
The Troquizy app uses Firebase and Google Cloud Platform services for hosting, the database, storage, authentication, server functions, and certain technical features necessary for the app to operate.

According to the technical information provided to Troquizy, the Firebase servers used for the app are located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
However, certain associated service providers or technical services may involve data transfers or processing outside of Israel, particularly to the United States, under the terms set forth in the Privacy Policy.
Depending on the features enabled, the app may also use technical service providers such as Firebase, Google Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Algolia, Mux, PayPlus, Google Maps, Google Analytics, and MailerSend.
4. Nature of the Business
Troquizy is a networking platform and marketplace that allows users residing in Israel to sell, trade, or buy secondhand fashion items.
Troquizy acts as a technical intermediary between users.
Unless otherwise provided in the Terms of Use or under the Troquizy Buyer Protection program, Troquizy is not a party to sales contracts entered into directly between buyers and sellers.
Troquizy shall not be held liable for disputes relating to the products themselves, including their condition, authenticity, conformity, description, availability, or actual delivery, subject to applicable mandatory rules and the commitments expressly set forth in the Terms of Use.
At this stage, Troquizy uses a logistics provider and/or a shipping company for certain operations related to delivery, shipping, package tracking, delivery of items, potential returns, and the management of shipping incidents.
In this context, certain personal data strictly necessary for the performance of the delivery service may be transmitted to the relevant service provider, including the name, contact information, delivery or return address, order reference, and information necessary for tracking the package.
This data is shared solely to enable the delivery, manage transportation, track logistics, process returns, or resolve an incident related to the shipment of the item, in accordance with Troquizy’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The name of the logistics provider or carrier used, as well as the categories of data transmitted and the purposes of processing, are indicated or will be specified in the Privacy Policy when such information is required by applicable law or when the delivery service is offered to the user.
5. Intellectual Property
All elements comprising the Troquizy application, including trademarks, logos, trade names, graphic guidelines, interfaces, screen designs, text, visual elements, features, databases, concepts, and editorial content created by Troquizy, are protected by applicable intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of TROQUIZY LTD or its successors in title.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, extraction, modification, adaptation, distribution, or use, in whole or in part, of these elements is strictly prohibited and may give rise to appropriate legal action or claims.
Content published by users remains subject to the rights of their respective owners, subject to the license granted to Troquizy in accordance with the Terms of Use, solely for the purposes of operating, displaying, moderating, securing, and maintaining the platform.
Any external promotional or marketing use of a video, image, live stream excerpt, or content in which a user is identifiable by their image, voice, username, or any other personal element is subject to obtaining prior, specific, free, informed, and documented consent from the user concerned, unless the content has been effectively anonymized or the user cannot reasonably be identified.
6. Privacy Policy
In connection with the use of the app, Troquizy collects and processes certain personal data necessary for the operation of the service, including account data, contact information, login credentials, transaction data, content posted by users, messages, technical data, logs, access and refresh tokens, chat activity metrics, as well as certain data processed by technical service providers that is strictly necessary for the operation of the app.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Israeli law, including the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended, as well as applicable regulations regarding database security and international data transfers.
Troquizy does not sell users’ personal data in the ordinary commercial sense of the term.
However, data may be shared with technical service providers, particularly for hosting, authentication, database management, payment processing, audience analysis, email delivery, moderation, security, support, or the execution of the app’s features, within the limits specified in the Privacy Policy.
In accordance with applicable law, users have the right to access their personal data and the right to request the correction of inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated data.
Requests for deletion, restriction, anonymization, objection, or withdrawal of consent are reviewed in accordance with applicable law and any contractual, tax, accounting, security, or fraud prevention obligations that may justify the retention of certain data.
In the event of a request to delete an account, profile and account data will be permanently deleted, subject to data that must be retained for legal, contractual, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the defense of Troquizy’s rights.
For more information on the data collected, the purposes of processing, cookies, SDKs, and trackers, the service providers used, international transfers, retention periods, and user rights, users are invited to consult Troquizy’s Privacy Policy available within the app.
7. Cookies, SDKs, and Trackers
The app may use technologies necessary for its operation, including Firebase, Google Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Algolia, Mux, and PayPlus.
Certain technologies may be enabled as soon as the app is launched when they are strictly necessary for authentication, security, payment, chat functionality, live streaming, search, fraud prevention, or the technical stability of the app.
The Mux API is used for the technical management and optimization of live video streams. When strictly necessary for the operation of live streams, it may be enabled prior to consent.
The Google Maps API may be used for address lookup, address integration, or certain geolocation features. When its use is strictly limited to validating or entering an address necessary for the service, it may be considered necessary for the app’s operation. When it is used to track the user’s geographic location or to offer personalized content based on
their location, it is subject to notification and prior consent from the user when required by applicable law.
Certain audience analysis, measurement, marketing, or tracking technologies may be subject to notification, configuration, or consent when required by applicable law.

8. Videos, Live Streams, and Marketing Use
Videos, live streams, video clips, images, voices, usernames, chat messages, or content posted by users may be processed for the purposes of operating the app, displaying content, moderation, security, transaction verification, support, and fraud prevention, in accordance with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
Troquizy will not use a user’s image, voice, username, live videos, or any other identifiable content for external advertising, promotional, or marketing purposes without first obtaining the specific, free, informed, and documented consent of the user concerned.
This consent may specify the media involved, including social media, the Troquizy website, advertising campaigns, sales presentations, the App Store, Google Play, or any other promotional medium.
The user may withdraw their consent for the future by contacting Troquizy, without such withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of uses already made prior to the withdrawal, subject to applicable laws.
9. Governing Law
These legal notices are governed by Israeli law, subject to any mandatory provisions that may apply to the consumers or users concerned.
They must be read in conjunction with Troquizy’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
10. Amendments to the Legal Notice
Troquizy may amend these legal notices to reflect changes to the app, its features, its technical service providers, applicable regulations, or its internal organization.
The applicable version is the one available in the app at the time the user accesses it.
